This Lotus Seed Mala is made with a gray tassel, black rosewood, chohua coffee jasper, lotus seed, and peach moonstone. Mala beads can be used in meditation and prayer, and often come with 108 beads and a guru bead. To use a mala, start at the bead next to the guru bead and move to each mala reciting a prayer or intention and using the thumb and middle finger. When you get back to the guru bead, you can move in the opposite direction.
